34 days to go until this honeydew melon arrives…

34 days to go (or possibly about 20, depending on whether baby is induced !).

It’s really not very long now, and we can’t wait to meet the little one that has already developed a very definite personality! Baby Mac knows what it wants and just how to get it.

Mostly, s/he doesn’t want to be pushed around. Whether that’s Daddy Mac saying ‘hi’ with a prod, or a pussy cat trying to sit on him/her, or even Mummy pressing up against the dining room table to try and reach her dinner – little Mac fights back at being repressed !

S/he is a real squirmer and spends his/her time rebelling and wriggling against the lack of space s/he has.

The Nursery is complete and we’re ready to go!

We’ve finished the nursery !!! Photos are up under humblebee’s gallery …. so please check them out, we’re rather pleased with the outcome ! Also, Paul has explained his work involved to rebuild the room on his own website (www.paulmccormack.com) – and no doubt you’ll see from the photo’s that I’ve been doing a lot of the hard work too – shopping !!! (Before you scoff at me, I did do the first coat of painting too!). So we’re now entering 35 weeks… and baby McCormack is due in either 3 or 5 weeks time, depending how my pelvis holds up. All is going well and we’re feeling as ready as we ever will …. we’ve finished the pre-natal classes this week and only have one ‘baby care class’ to go!
