“Supporting Adults” and “Guiding Parents” – Lee McCormack and Jodi Riches

Hiya!

I have just been told some very exciting news that I would like to share with you all!!

I am REALLY very lucky – Mummy’s cousin *Jodi Riches* and Daddy’s brother *Lee McCormack* have both just agreed to be my very own “Supporting Adult” and/or “Guiding Parent”.  (It’s basically the same thing as a godparent – just without the religious bit!)

I’m totally thrilled and can’t WAIT to meet them both!

(I also believe that they are both suitable candidates for getting me into trouble when I’m older!!)

Visiting Baby Angus (and his parents!) in hospital

We toddled along to see our friends’ new family addition – baby Angus Edwin – and signed up for Miranda’s arranged marriage there and then.

Totally gorgeous!  Mummy Mac is holding Angus (1.5 days old) and Daddy Mac is holding Miranda (5 weeks old) … too cute!

5.5 weeks on …

Every day that has passed since Miranda’s birth has brought us more and more  joy.  We’re really finding parenting to be a wonderful experience.  One little smile from Miranda, and Mummy Mac’s heart melts, instantly forgetting the screams and tears!  One little burp or fart and Daddy Mac smiles with pride and delight … we’re easily pleased!  We’re certainly settling more and more into the family lifestyle and it’s routine of feeding, playing and sleeping.  Miranda is too which is good news – LOL!

Paul’s managed to update our website so I am able to post articles and pictures easily … so when I get time I’ll be writing more updates.
